Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your event decoration or photo zone service booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms depend on the timing of your request and the specific services booked.
Refund Policy
Refunds for services are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you cancel more than 14 days before your event date, you may be eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event may not be eligible for a refund due to material procurement and scheduling commitments.
Service Modifications
If you need to modify your service booking, please contact us at least 7 days before your event date. We will work with you to accommodate reasonable changes when possible. Additional fees may apply for significant modifications.
Material Returns
Custom decorations and materials created specifically for your event cannot be returned. Standard items that have not been customized may be eligible for return if they are in unused condition and returned within 7 days of delivery.
